The summit takes place on the Nova Medical School campus in Carcavelos, twenty minutes west of Lisbon on the Atlantic coast. Day one runs in the auditorium — lectures, the live clinical examination and the RELIVE sessions. Day two moves to the anatomical theatre, where the cadaveric workstations are set up.

Lisbon airport is around 30 minutes away by car; Carcavelos is on the Cascais train line from Cais do Sodré.
